Cancellation Policy
Once the booking is confirmed via the payment, the cancellation policy applies.

Cedar Cove Ranch Cancellation Policy: If the guest(s) wishes to cancel his/her reservation, a cancellation must be submitted in writing with a verified signature to process cancellation. All Resort Service and Tax fees (RSTs), as well as Down Payments and/or Security Deposits paid, are NOT eligible for a refund regardless of circumstances surrounding the cancellation.
Once cancellation is processed, any payments which have been made may be refunded as follows:
a. Any booking cancelled within the first 30 days of booking and is more than 120 days from the check-in date - CCR will refund the money after deducting a 25% minimum of the total booking amount + RST
b. Any booking cancelled 120 days or more from the check-in date and NOT within the 30 days booking period - CCR will refund the money after deducting 50% minimum of the total booking amount + RST
c. Any booking cancelled 90 days or more from the check-in date - CCR will refund the money after deducting 75% minimum of the total booking amount + RST
d. Any bookings cancelled less than 90 days from the check-in date are not eligible and will NOT receive any refund of money paid. If you have booked a wedding venue with us, the venue rental agreement policies will apply and supersede the cancellation policy listed here

We at Cedar Cove Ranch and Resort understand that extenuating circumstances may cause the cancellation or postponement of an event or booking. We reserve the right to determine any exceptions made to the above-stated cancellation policy in the event of an emergency.
Emergencies are deemed such by the authorized representative at CCR and can include but are not limited to; death or hospitalization of a significant family member, military deployment, natural disaster, etc.
